As part of the continued growth of the business, we’re delighted to see Carly and Joe taking the next steps in their careers and playing an increasingly important role in supporting our clients.

Carly has been part of the team for 13 years now and has built up a wealth of experience and strong understanding of our clients and their financial needs during that time. She has already completed a number of professional qualifications, including her non-regulated diploma in financial planning and advanced mortgage advice qualification.

Carly’s main focus has been to support Tony with the wider advice process across pensions and investments, and in a reduced capacity has also advised clients on mortgages and protection for many years.

She is now ready to take the next step in her career and move into a full financial adviser role. Over the coming months, Carly will be completing her final exams to achieve her regulated diploma, which will allow her to make that transition.

Carly has already built strong relationships with many of our clients over the years and has always put the client first in everything she does. We have no doubt that, when ready, she will thrive in her new adviser role, and that our clients will continue to receive the same level of expertise, service and trust they have come to know from Tony Revans Financial Planning.

Joe has been an important part of the team for 10 years, primarily working behind the scenes on mortgage administration and protection, building up a strong understanding of our clients and the advice process.

In 2025, we announced that Joe would be taking the next step and stepping into the role of Mortgage & Protection Adviser, taking the reins and working directly with clients himself. He has now completed his first year in the role, and it has been wonderful to see how much his knowledge, expertise and confidence have grown during that time.

Joe has taken to the role incredibly well, and with what we have seen from him in just one year, we’re really excited to see what comes next.

As Tony gradually reduces his working capacity and Carly works towards completing her final regulatory exams, you will see Carly and Joe increasingly step up and take on more responsibility within the business.

Having both joined us straight from sixth form and completed their apprenticeships here under Tony’s guidance. They are local, home-grown members of the team who have grown with the business, and we’re incredibly proud of the people and professionals they have become.

We truly are excited about this next chapter and, most importantly, about continuing to provide the same personal, trusted service to our clients as the team evolves.
